SpeedoExpress operates a high-efficiency on-demand hyper-local courier dispatch platform. This policy outlines our operational service areas, shipping speeds, and vehicle loading policies.
1. Operational Service Area
Our primary dispatch system covers key sectors of the **Delhi National Capital Region (NCR)**, including:
- National Capital Territory of Delhi (Central, South, West, East, North).
- Gurugram (Gurgaon).
- Noida and Greater Noida.
- Ghaziabad and Faridabad.
Deliveries requested outside our active dispatch boundaries (defined dynamically in our backoffice App Settings) are blocked at the booking picker phase to preserve logistics efficiency.
2. Shipping & Delivery Speeds
- On-Demand Instant dispatch: Standard deliveries are matched instantly with the nearest driver partner. Average pickup is executed within 15–20 minutes of booking, and drop-off is completed immediately using direct OSRM routing.
- Scheduled Dispatches: Customers can schedule pickups up to 7 days in advance. Driver partner matching triggers automatically 30 minutes before the scheduled time slot.
3. Vehicle Capacity and Cargo Guidelines
To maintain standard logistics safety and prevent overloading, customers must strictly select the correct vehicle category during booking:
