1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SpeedoExpress application ("App"), website, and delivery dispatch platform (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Services.

2. Registration and Account Integrity

To utilize certain dispatch and logistics elements, you must register for an account. You represent and warrant that all personal and vehicle credentials submitted (including Aadhaar card, driving license, and bank information) are 100% accurate, complete, and legally valid. Multiple mock profile registrations are strictly prohibited.

3. Operations and Logistics

SpeedoExpress acts as an on-demand logistics aggregator. All bookings (deliveries) created by customers are matched dynamically based on real-world routing matrices and vehicle capacities. You agree not to send or transport any prohibited substances, hazardous chemicals, weapons, or unapproved logistics cargo under the laws of the Republic of India.

4. Payment and Fare Computations

All dynamic fares are calculated using the canonical SpeedoExpress tariff engine (paise integer boundary). Fares are based on distance slabs, stop surcharges, and chosen vehicle types. Cash on Delivery (COD) and online card/UPI payment channels must be honored strictly by all platform roles. Platform fees and driver splits are deducted automatically upon successful delivery completion.

5. Limitation of Liability

SpeedoExpress shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the platform, including lost cargo value, delivery delays, or driver disputes, beyond the platform fees received for the specific booking.
